Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two businesses. Shipments occur only on weekdays. If we are experiencing heavier than normal volumes, we will let you know in advance via if we anticipate any other delays in our being able to ship your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates vary by shipping carrier, speed, products, and even day of the purchase. We use live updates with shipping carriers to get the best price options at the time of your purchase. Want to save even more money and live in the US? Order $50 or more and standard ground shipping with USPS is free.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We only ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO using USPS.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All of our shipments have tracking information that will be provided to you once shipped and you can track at our website or the shipping carriers’ website.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Chet Manly, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Chet Manly, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries around the world, except where prohibited by law.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know within 30 days for a full refund of the product purchase price.
